Derry is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.

Donal is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.

Theresa holds a Diploma in Business (Accounting) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Norma has extensive experience in advising clients on financial reporting challenges in a variety of business sectors. She provides a holistic value-added service in all aspects of clients financial matters.
Norma is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.

Grace has over 35 years experience in advising clients on a wide range of tax issues and held a senior management role with Deloitte Cork, before moving to Crowley & McCarthy in 2005. She provides a broad range of taxation consultancy advice to clients across all tax heads in relation to issues affecting family businesses, corporate restructuring, estate and retirement planning, business acquisitions and disposals, business succession planning, property transactions and tax matters surrounding privately held wealth. Grace also has wide-ranging experience in dealing with Revenue and handling Revenue audits.
Grace holds a B.Comm. degree from University College Cork and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Michael joined Crowley & McCarthy in 1999, following the completion of a BSc (Accounting) at UCC. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is AITI qualified.

Jamie is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland since 2008 and has a Masters degree in experimental psychology from Oxford University.


Pat has a diploma in Dairy Science from UCC and is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA).

Following the completion of a BA Business Studies (Accounting) at Cork Institute of Technology, Fiona joined Crowley & McCarthy in 2005 as a graduate trainee. Fiona is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland since 2009.

Michael joined Crowley & McCarthy in 2007 following the acquisition of his previous firm, SWS Accountants, by Crowley & McCarthy. Michael also manages our Macroom office, ensuring that local clients have easy access to his in-depth experience and advice.
